Lake Tarpon Learning Center

Welcome to Lake Tarpon Learning Center!  We are thrilled to meet you.  LTLC has been committed to providing quality services for almost 25 years, in a warm, safe, and nurturing environment, which fosters individual development and creative expression. Our childcare center offers services for children between the ages of two and five years including VPK. Our school age program provides services for children upon kindergarten entry through 5th grade completion as well.

Our play-based curriculum encourages your child to explore and grow. We want our children to be successful in school, but children do most of their learning through interaction and play. The Frog Street curriculum is used to guide learning and instruction daily, and learning is easy when kiddos are having fun and are comfortable with the program. We know that allowing them plenty of time to grow and develop is a key component to being ready for kindergarten and beyond. School readiness skills do not just mean ABCs and 123s. Required skills include self-care, compassion, friendship, conflict resolution and cooperation as well!!

Children feel at home with us and are able to be themselves as they interact and make friends. Proper social skills are key to a child's development, and we help them form those. Our staff are dedicated to making sure children are comfortable and feel safe - which leads to plenty of opportunities for success and growth. We are proud of the strong bonds and relationships we've formed throughout the years, and love that the children can grow in our center for years and year! Many continue in our school age program and are so excited to finally get to be there, after years of waiting!
